For rentals of 2-3 days the damage waiver fee is 25.00USD. For rentals of 4 days or more the damage waiver fee is 50.00USD. Damage waiver fee is subject to taxes and fees. The damage waiver fee is non-refundable. The damage waiver protects the guest in the event of abnormal loss - wear - or damage to the condominium unit reserved. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property for the entire term of the reservation.
