The property is equipped with a washer and dryer, and towels and linens are provided. There is an onsite gift shop, spa, free parking, free WiFi, and 24 hour security. A newspaper is provided daily.
Reservation Policy
Cancellations or changes made more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, are charged 50% of the total cost of the reservation. If Pajaro Dunes is able to re-rent the unit, then only the $20.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Additional Fees
A one time cleaning fee of $127 and a resort fee of $20 per night will be charged to your account upon check-out from your condo unit.
