Formerly Wellesley Inn & Suites St. Lauderdale/Cypress Creek, on or about November 3, 2004, this property will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. This is a newly built Mediterranen style hotel with interior corridors and complimented by the following amenities: a meeting rooms that is designed to accommodate 15-20 persons, state of the art exercise facility, heated out-door swimming pool and an exercise facility. In addition, continental breakfast daily is offered.One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted. Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Linens available at Front Desk. *Additional housekeeping services are always available for a nominal fee.
