Chamberlain West Hollywood Bistro and Lounge Tucked off the lobby in a setting reminiscent of a garden greenhouse, Chamberlain's American bar and bistro deliver a seasonal, signature twist to traditional bistro fare, wines by the glass and a clever martini selection. Colorful and savory, the menu combines the best of modern American and California cuisine, and emphasizes fresh local ingredients.
