Hotel Overview Nestled along the Monterey Bay lies one of the most scenic stretches of California's northern coastline. Stay here and you'll find our very own 3 mile stretch of sandy white beach and natural habitat surrounding of beautiful beachfront homes, townhouses, and condominiums all overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean. All are designed to preserve the beauty and integrity of our oceanfront paradise by blending in harmoniously with the gently rolling, natural oceanside landscape.
The Shorebird Condominium complex consists of nine 3-story buildings and is located at the North end of the property. Each building contains condos ranging from one to three bedrooms, each with varying views of the Monterey Bay. This complex also contains the Cypress House and Lagoon House meeting facilities and eight tennis courts.
Reservation Policy:
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. If a payment has been received prior to cancellation, a refund will be issued less the $20.00 fee. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, are subject to a penalty of 50%. If we are able to re-rent the unit, then the $20.00 cancellation fee will apply.
