A contemporary three story bulding located in dynamic suburb of Atlanta. Beautifully landscaped property, convenient to Atlanta's highways. Interior corrider, all suite property with finest comforts of home. quaint private courtyard with outdoor pool, guest BBQ grill, basketball hoop, and 1/2 mile lakeside jogging trail. On-site aerobic fitness room, and guest privileges to Bally's Total Fitness Health Club. Same day valet, on site laundry facilities. Oversized suites are equipped with full kitchens and separate living areas. Free parking and free courtesy shuttle within 3 mile radius including Cumberland Mall, Cobb Galleria, area restaurant .One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Linens available at Front Desk. *Additional housekeeping services are always available for a nominal fee.
